So many Loan Officers I reached out to would talk high level by text or email but when it got to real quotes, info, and decisions - they would be vague and say "lets get on a phone call". Absolutely everthing, i cannot find one single thing that wasn't top notch, Kim and everyone I was in contact with was outstanding. I have bragged about the service I got to everyone. Every call I made was answered quickly , every question I had was answered honestly. Can't complain about the rates and the charges either.
