I had tried to get up the courage to apply for a mortgage loan for a while but kept putting it off. Then I finally did it. The process was mostly very simple even uploading the documents was pretty easy. I spoke with Ben and two other associates and not once did any conversation seem difficult or intrusive. Quite the opposite in fact everyone was friendly and very helpful.

Any financial decision regarding ones home can be overwhelming at best and a nightmare at worst. Ben put me at ease within 5 minutes of our initial conversation. He was knowledgeable about all of the loan products Mutual of Omaha offers, but I never felt like he was selling me something.
