Tracy made the proces as simple and pleasant as possible. She sent us regular emails to update us on our loan progress, which we really appreciated, and was available to answer our questions. She was very friendly and pleasant throughout the entire process. We felt really reassured with Tracy and would be happy to work with her again in the future.

I had an excellent experience working with Joseph on my refinance. He would set aside time to take my calls and answer the millions of questions that I had to help me better understand the process.
