What made this experience great was the knowledge and the calmness that was protrayed throughout this whole process. I didn't know how this was going to end but I had a feeling that the Loan Originator Mr. Ralph was going to give it all that he had to make sure I was satisfyed with whichever way things turned out. I am overjoyed for the outcome and even more happy it was handled by Mr. Ralph.
