Broc was extremely patient with me and he held my hand (metaphorically speaking) through the entire loan process. Broc even went as far as contacting the homeowners insurance company when I was unable to reach my agent in regaurds to my loan; Broc was cheefrful, calm, professional, knowledgable, patient, and present from beginning to end.
