There are not words to describe how amazing Patrick is and what a fabulous job he does for his clients. He is nothing less than first rate. We have worked with Patrick in the past. Very professional and accurate. Understands everything. Also great at follow up. Called to make sure our closing was perfect. We called Patrick for a loan with a short time frame (6 weeks), not a problem.

Patrick gave provided assistance with my Refi load application and stayed on top of lender requirements. though my rate expired few days due to lender(asked many documents) but Patrick handled very well and closed timely manner.Quick turn around, excellent service even property in one state and i am leaving different state. Close to No/min Closing cost

Patrick is not only professional and extremely knowledgeable, he is also determined and creative. We worked on a very challenging transaction where the property did not appraise (no comps). For most deals, that would have been the end of the road, but not for Patrick! He refused to let the deal die!
