Patrick took the time to explain all of the numbers, answer my millions of questions, and always responded timely. Timeliness may seem like a small thing, but when you need answers right away it makes a huge difference to know Patrick will be there. We had 12 hours to submit a counter offer on a Sunday and had to call Patrick.
