Patrick was great to work with! He was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I needed some things explained more than once. Finance and mortgages are not my strong suit! He was always available, even after hours, and very responsive to voicemail and email. I always felt like he was on top of what needed to be done the entire time, which took a lot of the stress away. He even sent pizza to the house for dinner the day we moved in. I would highly recommend Patrick!

Patrick worked hard on our family's behalf and I cannot recommend him enough. Before we met Patrick, were disappointed by another lender and felt let down. Patrick, Courtney and the rest of the team were amazing to work with. They were able to get our loan closed in record time (for us!) so we could stick fairly close to our original closing date after another lender changed their parameters at the last minute. Their communication was excellent throughout the process and they're all just really excellent to work with.

We have refinanced around 3 - 4 times over the last 15 or so years and have used Patrick each time with very smooth, easy to understand transitions each time.
