Patrick is a very professional and effective mortgage broker. He would take his time to explain to me any questions that I have about the types on loans, pros/cons on whats the best approach. As a broker, he has various lenders to choose from to get you the best rate vs other vendors that have limited options. Lastly and what makes me like him the most is that he would disagree with me and show me why one strategy is better for me than another. It showed me integrity instead of seeking personal gain.

I am very thankful for Patrick’s professional, responsive and honest assistance with the whole mortgage process from the beginning to the end. He made himself available to me any method of my choice, which I appreciated and took advantage of, maybe a little too much. I couldn’t asked for a better experience.

I really appreciate Patrick Bayley and his team for the reliable and comfort service. The Patrick Bayley team is very responsive and professional. They sorted out all of issues on the refinancing process smoothly. I confirmed words in the previous review, "Most things are done electronically in the comfort of your own home. We recently purchased a new house and got financing quotes from several different lenders. Then our realtor recommended Patrick Bayley to us and said she would have him give us a call. Within a short time Patrick was on the phone and from there on made the whole process so simple. He explained everything to us and sent charts showing all costs in detail. Patrick provided professional service to my mortgage. He is great to work with, always promptly reply my questions and concerns, the interest rate and loan cost is great. He also helped deal with some difficulties with the builder. In general, I have good experience working with Patrick.
