Super impressed with Patrick and his team. I toured a house on May 10th and was handed the keys on may 27th. The process was essentially completed in 8 business days, the rest was just waiting for closing day. On top of that, Patrick sent pizza to us after closing as well as donating to a charity of our choice. Highly recommend.
