Patrick educated me while working with the Mortgage loan and he came up with the best mortgage rates which non of the competitors can beat in the current market. He made the whole process easy, simple and a good experience. I would recommend him to anyone who needs mortgage services.

We have worked with Patrick three times (two home purchases and one refinance). We had great experiences working with him all three times. Patrick is fabulous! Do what he says and you will receive the best possible service and advice. Do not be swayed by offers from different mortgage lenders. They will only confuse and muddy the waters. Patrick is honest, forthright amd very knowledgable. Patrick is super responsive and gets it done and fast. Patrick is well deserving of the highest praise. Plus, he is a nice guy!!!

We recently purchased a home in Durham, NC and chose MC Mortgage Group for our mortgage. Patrick Stoy, the president of MC Mortgage Group, was referred to us by a real estate agent in Wilmington, NC a while back when we were considering retiring in that area. Patrick, Courtney and the rest of the team were amazing to work with. They were able to get our loan closed in record time (for us!) so we could stick fairly close to our original closing date after another lender changed their parameters at the last minute. Their communication was excellent throughout the process and they're all just really excellent to work with.
