Paul went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive outcome! I was refinancing to supplement my retirement pension...already a stressful situation with lots of deadlines on the retirement end. Working for the People The process started and ended in 8 days. Gregg was available at all times and worked with me to make sure we closed on time. I was able to contact him after hours with questions and he responded in a timely manner.
EXEMPLARY Service When we needed to refinance my mother's home, we were fortunate to be paired with Aaron! He made the entire process worry and stress-free for her. There is no easy ro value that! Great experience Paul took the time to get to know our situation. We were in a tough spot. He kept in constant contact with us thought entire process. We had to change a few times the amount we would need to borrow. Each time he reran the numbers, gave us options on term, monthly payment and what would be the best option as for interest rate. I cannot say enough about looking up a ELP by Dave Ramsey to find Paul. He earned that endorsement. I will use agsin the next time i buy a house.
