Paul & Royal 💯 👑 👏 🏠 My wife and I had such a positive experience in our first ever with Royal and Paul Otto. We have gone through home financing five times prior in the span of our home ownership. This was by far the least cumbersome process we've had to date. Paul was regularly in touch. Underwriting clearly communicated. The appraiser was pleasant. The notary too.
