Very helpful I had a special set of circumstances that made the loan process a bit more difficult than usual. Aaron was calm and deliberate in guiding me through to the completion. He was always courteous and respectful.
Kevin was very professional Kevin was very professional but considerate of the situation I was in and amazingly found me a loan with a reasonable rate. He followed through with all of the promises he made as to rate, fees, and expediency but mostly the monthly payment was within 5 or ten bucks of what he originally quoted me. I will refer my friends and family to Kevin and his company.
Love my new home!! My wife and I were looking to purchase a new home and find something that was going to help provide more space for our family. Great customer service from start to finish! Aaron Bayles is a great loan officer, he was very professional from start to finish! He answered all my little questions along with the big ones. He worked hard to get my loan closed in a timely matter even when things like the appraisal was out of his hands. He continues to work hard and answer my questions even after my loan had closed!
