About My Family Medical Group Our Main Office is open Monday- Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our Urgent care is open daily from 9:00am to 6:00pm. We accept the last patient at 5:30pm. *If we do have a high volume of patients in office at 5:00pm, we may close the doors earlier to accommodate those who are checked in. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The kindness your staff shows to the patient is worth everything.
I walked in at 8 am to been seen in urgent care, and was greeted nicely, I was told I would have to stay in waiting room and seen at 11. I was fine and expected urgent care to have a long line. I was seen within the hour that I arrived and picking up my rx by 930. Everyone seemed happy at work, no attitudes and truly there to help. I absolutely love my family medical group. Dr. PATEL and Dr. Fuentes encourage me with my battle for good health. I leave feeling encouraged and positive that I can accomplish my goal. Heidi in the referral and prescription department has been such an advocate for me and has helped me so much and I will always be grateful for her support. Everyone there from the nurses, front desk, lab and x-rays are just very professional and so friendly. Thank you all for amazing teamwork.
The blood test is a confusing operation. For me is a problem now, you send me to a labcorp which is a mees. I will considering to change my medical insurance for different group.
I appreciate all the Doctors and Nurses at My Family Medical. They all care for their patients. I still miss Doctor Lira, he is a good Doctor and kept me stable for years. I pray Lira a speedy recovery and returns to My Family Medical.

Dr Patel is caring, respectful and just wonderful. Staff in front are attentive and medical assistants doing a great job. Lab personnel drew lab work very caring.
