About My Family Medical Group Our Main Office is open Monday- Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our Urgent care is open daily from 9:00am to 6:00pm. We accept the last patient at 5:30pm. *If we do have a high volume of patients in office at 5:00pm, we may close the doors earlier to accommodate those who are checked in. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Dr Jessica was amazing she took the time to listen was very informative, helpful. The nurse that took me into my room was very nice. I’m extremely pleased with the care I received at the Chino clinic.
