About My Family Medical Group Our Main Office is open Monday- Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our Urgent care is open daily from 9:00am to 6:00pm. We accept the last patient at 5:30pm. *If we do have a high volume of patients in office at 5:00pm, we may close the doors earlier to accommodate those who are checked in. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I really miss Doctor Lira, he been my Doctor since 2015. Reality, hit me in the face as I was told need to establish seeing another doctor since Doctor Lura is not coming back anything me soon. I do not want another Doctor.

Dr. Shaw is a great doctor. Dr. Shaw is a perfect example of excellent patient care. Dr. Shaw knows all my medical history and really cares about my health. I recently has great numbers from blood work recently taken. I never seen a doctor so excited for me. Dr. Shaw is rare. You don't see good doctors anymore. Debora Cardenas

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Avani Patel for 16 years … she has tended to all my illnesses and has sent me to specialist when I had Breast Cancer and other medical issues that I have had in the past.. I will continue to stay at this medical facility as long as Dr. Patel continues here practice at this location.
