About My Family Medical Group Our Main Office is open Monday- Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our Urgent care is open daily from 9:00am to 6:00pm. We accept the last patient at 5:30pm. *If we do have a high volume of patients in office at 5:00pm, we may close the doors earlier to accommodate those who are checked in. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Front desk very receptive. Dr Shah was outstanding. Very customer friendly and knowledgeable and take his time to review my labs, and explain the findings.
Michelle, your Front Desk person is a very nice person to deal with, courteous and approachable, good in customer service. Paris, the Phlebotomist, is a very nice and efficient worker. I appreciate her work ethic. Keep up your splendid service to the public. More power to you.

My experience has always been good. Wait was short and was able to do most X-rays, labs and bone density test on site while I was there. Very helpful.

My visit was excellent as always. Dr. Patel is very thorough, understanding, and efficient.
My doctor shah was great. He explained detail everything that was wrong with my foot and he’s prescribed some water pills. He also explained in detail how I should take it and what I have to look forward to. He also told me to follow up with him to make sure things are getting better
