Great location for residents of Chino. Able to get fast appointments and treatment. Professional and friendly staff. They greet you with a friendly smile. The PA and Doctors are very knowledgeable and experienced. The facility is very clean all the time.

The appointment went very well, but I had to wait for my appointment for half an hour. The appointment was not with my primary care physician, but with the nurse.

It started out with an 8am trip to your now defunct Urgent Care, and could have resulted in waiting until 11am (or 3pm), since I was offered an earlier appointment with an out of network provider NP at $150.00, VS $15). However, due to luck and/or extraordinary efforts on the part of your staff I saw an in network provider and was able to get to my preexisting 10am teledoc appointment. I ended up treated, relieved and happy. Very happy!!) Thank you!
