About My Family Medical Group Our Main Office is open Monday- Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our Urgent care is open daily from 9:00am to 6:00pm. We accept the last patient at 5:30pm. *If we do have a high volume of patients in office at 5:00pm, we may close the doors earlier to accommodate those who are checked in. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The appointment went very well, but I had to wait for my appointment for half an hour. The appointment was not with my primary care physician, but with the nurse.
It started out with an 8am trip to your now defunct Urgent Care, and could have resulted in waiting until 11am (or 3pm), since I was offered an earlier appointment with an out of network provider NP at $150.00, VS $15). However, due to luck and/or extraordinary efforts on the part of your staff I saw an in network provider and was able to get to my preexisting 10am teledoc appointment. I ended up treated, relieved and happy. Very happy!!) Thank you!
The young ladies helped with my insurance questions and called me when they found my comb. Very friendly and helpful. Seems like a good crew in the front desk now. Thanks

I was pleased with the care I received and I really liked the doctor.
I really miss Doctor Lira, he been my Doctor since 2015. Reality, hit me in the face as I was told need to establish seeing another doctor since Doctor Lura is not coming back anything me soon. I do not want another Doctor.
Dr. Shaw is a great doctor. Dr. Shaw is a perfect example of excellent patient care. Dr. Shaw knows all my medical history and really cares about my health. I recently has great numbers from blood work recently taken. I never seen a doctor so excited for me. Dr. Shaw is rare. You don't see good doctors anymore. Debora Cardenas
