My family medical group is the best. Always make you feel at ease. I have been with them for many years and will continue to be Dr. PATEL, Dr. Fuentes and Heidi have been such advocates in my battle to lose weight. Medical staff are very professional, courteous and attentive. They always exceed my expectations. I left Kaiser Petnamente inorder to retun back to this clinic. There are also no long waits here. Regardless whether one seen by a either a Medical Doctor, a Physician Assistant, or a Nurse Practionioner during an urgent care visit, one can rest assured one's medical needs will be met to the fullest.

From the time I walked in the door I was acknowledged by the front desk, they were welcoming and made you feel welcomed. All of the staff was great they made you feel important.

Great location for residents of Chino. Able to get fast appointments and treatment. Professional and friendly staff. They greet you with a friendly smile. The PA and Doctors are very knowledgeable and experienced. The facility is very clean all the time.
