RecommendedAfter changing from attending a vet for 7 years, MPHT already feels like part of a family; after 2 vet visits with Dr Emily & 2 day care visits (1 meet & greet) then a full daycare stay today. Also got an unexpected sms update and some little gifts upon daycare collection today too 🥰. All staff are very friendly, approachable, great listeners & certainly accommodating; especially with us (mildly concerned mum & dad) that thoroughly questioned lots of things before even moving over. AMAZING! is all I can say. Went to My Pet Hub first time today and my dog is and can snap at alot of people but the staff here was amazing and my dog let them complete alot of stuff today which I was wrapped about. perfect service, understood i didn't have alot of money at the moment found the best option for me for today that was the most important and made a plan on what to tackle next. really reccommend this vet. we cant wait to start using the groomers next month! thanks again to the lovely staff today.
I have nothing but positive words for the team. They were so accommodating to me and my cat. I have never experienced such a stress free visit to the vet!
I cant speak highly enough of this clinic. The staff are knowledgeable and empathetic. They always come out as i pull up to help me unload my great dane knowing I also have young kids in the car which makes the visits a lot easier.
What wonderful staff. We recently lost our older dog due to health issues and the staff here were understanding, patient and emotionally supportive. I Highly recommend them to everyone
