My 6 month old puppy was stressed out attempting to get his nails clipped, the two vet/nurses were very lovely and treated him well. But I was still charged $15.00 for TWO toenails to be clipped.
I was judged as soon as we walked in with ‘well do you want to actually treat the puppy, money is a big issue for some people’ Vet had no idea how to do the parvovirus test. Tests were negative but still wanted to charge $900 for hospitalisation. When I said no I will treat at home. Tried again to make us admit our puppy. $214 for a swab of his poo which was inconclusive & apparently no worms but we go else where & the worms are diagnosed & treated accordingly.
