Good luck getting your pet back if it ends up here!😢 I contacted them within a couple of hours when someone dropped off my lost bird, providing clear photos and proof of ownership, but they claimed it wasn’t my bird—even though the photos matched exactly. Aren’t they meant to be the professionals and know the difference between animals? RecommendedExceptional. Our doggie looks forward to every visit, she is genuinely cared for, loved & looked after by all the wonderful staff. She has been attending for 2.5 years now, she not only enjoys a play but learns & maintains good behaviour towards other people & doggie friends, we wouldn’t take her anywhere else. Brilliant & lovely staff. My let hub is awesome.
