Food is decent, but the service is atrocious at takeout counter. The customer before me was yelled at because she should have asked whether her food was ready or not. Absolutely disappointed with the service here and would not recommend takeout EVER.

While we were planning out our holiday party at Farmer's Pick, we decided to order some food from Myron's. They have a order to go area right outside the restaurant. This review is for the to go area. The menu was pretty big for a deli style restaurant. There were many burger and sandwiches to choose from. Located inside the isles casino.. I wanted a quick bite before dinner. it was around 2pm when I sat at the counter and sadly the service was so slow.. maybe I should tell people I'm in a hurry, but I wasn't in a hurry.. I was in the middle if that makes any sense. so I guess if it was slow then it was slow?? maybe my expectations were too high of this place. the veggie burger tasted like a can of veg all made into a pattie and served on bread, tomatoes and lettuce.. the fries were good and so we're the complementary pickles ... read more

We're always on the lookout for a good NY style deli. Myron's looked like it had potential walking in. I asked about the pickle tray I saw in some pictures and was told they don't do that anymore? Matzo ball soup was average for south Florida. Pastrami and corned beef ( we tried two sandwiches) were slightly better than average . Cole slaw was not creamy as you might get in NY and the potato salad was definitely not close to NY deli quality. So there you have it. Had a burger. It was good. Fries were hot and crispy. However, the food is not the reason I'm writing this review. The service is, specifically a lady named Fran (I hope I remembered that correctly). She was full of energy, a pleasure to talk to, and never stopped moving! If she wasn't wiping down tables, she was putting away ketchup. If she wasn't helping a customer, she was running an order. Having a super waitress makes a meal that much more enjoyable! Myron's Deli inside the Isle Casino offers up large portions and still leaves you with enough pocket change to hit the slots. My New Year's Eve dinner with my sweetie was Myron's Hash and Eggs. Hash has loads of corned beef an served with 2 eggs your way and toast or bagel with all the fixin's. This place does a great job breaking through the "casino food" genre and establishing itself as a great New York style deli. The prices are just reasonable enough to keep us coming back. I highly recommend the Nosher fries and the Jewish penicillin. Complimentary pickles are a nice touch as well. Only downside: the staff have been surly with us in the later hours and the portions are not always consistent. Sometimes a dish will have way more or way less of an ingredient than it usually does. Quality First? My tuchis! eh This Kosher-style deli has declined considerably in recent years. The Pastrami & Roast Beef is simply inedible. It has an organic-like aftertaste. This wasn't the case when I began frequenting Myron's in 2010. They obviously changed brand names. They would rather sacrifice quality & taste to save money on food - be it Kosher, Kosher-Style, or otherwise. So I went here last night, I didn't expect much for being 2 am but I should have listened to my gut and just went to McDonald's. It took 45 mins for 2 eggs sandwiches. That finally she looked over at me patiently waiting and I guess realized that my to go order had been ready sitting there.
