Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Parking: 1 Myron's is located inside of the Isle Casino on Powerline Road just south of Atlantic Boulevard in Pompano. Most people only go here if they are already in the casino, but it is more than worth the trouble of dealing with the crowded parking and walking through the casino to get to it. Ate there last week. Not at all the first time but clearly the worst time. Here's what I ordered: Corned Beef on Rye. Potato Kinish. Dr. Browns Diet Cherry. Here's what went wrong: Corned beef was like leather. Loaded with fat. Thinnest sandwich I've ever had at ANY deli. Inedible. I left 3/4 of the sandwich. Kinish: They forgot the order and I was 20 minutes into my meal when it finally arrived. Obviously they rush-nuked it because the outside was burning and the inside was refrigerator cold. Used to come all the time before pandemic. they used to give tray with pickles, peppers, and tomato's, now they give a slice of pickle. Went today sent back corned beef sandwich was kind of skimpy and meat was fatty, gave me another, was fatty and hard to chew, and my mother choked on it! They used to be the bomb now I'll never go back!!!!!!

Just a brief update. Myron's is our go to restaurant at the casino now -/ since they closed our favorite bragozza many many moons ago. Their steak restaurant is just a tad too formal for a quick bite. We usually sit at the counter for faster service -- although this is not fast food. Keep in mind this is in a casino but overall pricing is good as is food. Matzah ball soup comes with plenty of veggies and noodles that you don't really care there is only 1 matzah ball, broth is tasty though. Sandwiches could be a bit bigger but are very good as well. Crisp fries and latkes round out a good meal. Used to give a bowl of pickles but no more with covid service is slow because they are short stAffed but at least the waitress is nice.

Not a bad place to get something to eat or to go and there's hardly ever too many people so it makes the wait barely 3 minutes until you get a booth. The food is good and Mel, our server, is attentive and makes sure I'm always good with my drinks and she's never wrong about the desert which is cheesecake. Went back and forth on this review; wish Yelp allowed for half stars. Bunch of us went and nearly everybody got pastrami sandwiches and were pleased. They were not oversized compared to other places but the portion size was ok and the pastrami was tasty. The fries were really good. Price was reasonable. Our server, Vanessa, was excellent, we kept her busy. Yikes. The majority of this poor score is due to the bizarrely bad service that we got here. We had looked up the hours online, rushed there and arrived to eat dinner about 20-25 minutes before their closing time. We could tell walking up that they must have decided to close up early. There was also no one at the to-go counter which was supposed to close even later! We flagged someone down and she dismissed us immediately and said "we are closed".
