The service was excellent today, but my corned beef on rye was a sandwich of thin fat slices. It was terrible and chewy. They need quality control here and should buy meats from Carnegie Deli. They're still making product even though their famous Manhattan location has been closed for years, and it's still owned by members of the Parker family. I'll be back, as today's experience was atypical.

5/03/23 My friend, Paul, told us about Myron's, mentioning that they had delicious sandwiches. So, we stopped in today to get a bite, and we took some videos of the demolition of the Grandstands at the old Pompano Park. We ordered a hot beef brisket sandwich, with a pickle, and cole slaw. About 8 years ago I discovered this little deli located inside Isle Casino in Pompano. They use to bring a bowl of assorted pickles to your table (like Mexican restaurants do chips and salsa), which was unusual and pretty cool. The prices were reasonable and food was very good. Fast forward 8 years. They stopped serving the pickles, the food quality has diminished and prices are too high for what you get. And the review depends on what time of day you get there, the moral to the story is to get there while before 10 PM. Before 10 PM, the food is delicious, portions, generous, and although not an expensive, not a budget posture either. but since we arrive after 10 PM, food was available, carry out only. May 2022, Mel, who waited on our table of 8 was Fabulous! She took great care of us. There was plenty of seating with booths and tables, but they sat us in the back in order to put the tables together for our group. We all got to the restaurant at 3:30pm. The inside lighting was dark, in my opinion, raise the lights. Food is ok. The way they run it is bizarre.. Apparently soup is something that can be ordered for takeout chili is not. Food would get more stars. Service would get 2

Service is awful. Quite disorganized. I was seated near where the servers pick up and at a number of points there were more than a half dozen (sometimes as many as 9) meals waiting to be brought to customers. Took me 20 minutes to get a fried chicken dinner. Dinner was pretty good but the service brings down the rating

Went to Myron's takeout Saturday night, 9 pm. We were told only one bowl of soup left. Ok, ordered a turkey sandwich. After 20 minute wait, food received, and no place to sit and eat. In the past, they always provided a few tables and chairs for customers to eat. When I asked where we could eat what we just paid for, we were told to go upstairs near the racing area!! ??
