I feel that people were not completely honest with me. I could have gotten a better deal with someone else. Your agent told me he would match it or do better if I stayed with him. As it turned out, I could have had the some interest rate and everything else, but ended up owing 3 or 4 thousand dollars less. I feel I was deceived. I accepted the offer because my husband was so stressed out by the whole thing and just wanted it to end. He suffers from major war=related anxiety disfunction.
As far as I know my loan was not serviced by Nancy Bayat, so can not rate her.
Communication of timeline, updates, and delays was not done.
I was told that money would be given to my co-owner Sam McGaw. That didn’t happen. Now I have to make arrangements to pay him. I was told my house payment would be a little over $800. It’s not a little over $1000. I never talked to Nancy Bayat. I’m not sure why I was sent a survey for her.
False advertisement, poor communication and I have no idea who Nancy Bayat is. I worked with Eric and Erika.
More communication regarding status would have been helpful.
Started out with a different lender and 5 months later with no results switched to E Mortgage. Closed in a month.
Nancy should learn to listen to customers when the call for question regarding their mortgage transaction. She took our call but refuised to speak with use regarding our mortgage. Why will she but her infiormation on the document to call her witrh questions, and wehen we did she completely refused to sopeak with us, stating she is the manager.
I never once spoke with her. Everything was through email
