Stopped in today and even though they were super busy for Mother's Day, they took the time to go over options and help me select the perfect gift! Such NICE and lovely people!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!
Excellent customer service, all team members helped me out to the best of their ability. One of the workers named JJ was extremely helpful in answering any questions and making sure I got exactly what I needed.
Excellent service and helpful staff! The woman working was happy to accommodate my request for a wrapped bouquet and put together a beautiful arrangement in under 20 minutes. Very good option for those in the Naples area looking for timely and thoughtfully assembled bouquets.
Ordered flowers as a thank you to a family friend and they turned out absolutely beautiful. I ordered at 10 AM and they were delivered no later than 2 PM same day. The person I was delivering to you was not home so they gave me a call to make sure it was OK to leave at the front door and they sent me a picture of the flowers next to the door to double check.

This is the 2nd time my family from Massachusetts sent my mother flowers from Naples Flowers. I thought the Christmas bouquet was pretty but the one for her birthday is gorgeous, very modern tropical look.

Beautiful arrangement and speedy delivery! I went with the deal of the day online and got a fun arrangement for my mom's birthday. They delivered to her next day with no issues! Will definitely order again - very easy process online. Made my mom's day!

I live in the U.K. and needed to send some flowers to a relative in Naples. I contacted Naples Florist on yelp and Kevin (the owner) couldn't have been any more helpful! He answered all my questions and nothing was too much to ask. The flowers are stunning! And they came on the day specified. Will definitely be using Naples Flowers/Florist again and again! 10/10 service - you should be proud! :)
