This florist is very rude! I just called to place an order and she acted like it was an inconvenience to take my order. Then she wouldn't even let me use the measly 5 dollar off coupon I had in an email saying I would have to order online to use it. I won't be spending my money here anymore.

Customer service not priority. Took order and payment and then cancelled next day claiming Marco island was too far. Day before Christmas Eve, my poor 83 year old mother who has been home alone is left without flowers to cheer her up.Lady was condescending, it was thick, and rude. No apology was offered either. All in all terrible.

Naples Flowers is, as I was told by another local florist, is supplied by the McGlocklin Group, who has places worldwide and ships flowers to any where. With this in mind, Naples Flowers failed tremendously with an order I had. I tried to get peonies flowers three plus weeks before I was to need them, charged more than I normally pay for them and the shop struggled to give me change(which I paid cash for the order) and then a week before I was to pick them up, the store calls and tells me they can't get them. My son ordered two dozen premium red roses and paid $184.95. I received 14 roses instead of 24. On their website it showed that two dozen roses is $124.95. Not only did they charge $60 too much for two dozen roses but they delivered only 14!!! I would never do business from them again.

My husband ordered flowers for me on Valentine's Day to be delivered to my work as a surprise. I called him on my way home and he was very upset and furious to find out that nothing got delivered to me today. We tried to call but no body answered. We were finally able to reach someone on the phone and Steven assured us the flowers would be delivered to our home address. Ordered flowers for mother's day to be delivered on Saturday, received an email confirmation that they were delivered. However, in speaking with my mother-in-law learned NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED. No contact was made with her despite having provided her phone number. No contact was made with me, other than confirmation that they were delivered.

Really poor service. Down here on vacation over Valentine's Day. My husband planned far in advance to send me flowers during my visit. It is now 5:30 on Feb 15 and several phone calls from us to them and they still haven't delivered my flowers. My mother in law had another bad experince at Christmas. She ordered a bouquet of all white flowers specifically requesting no candles. What her recipient received was a cheap Christmas arrangement WITH candles. I would NOT recommend using this florist.

We ordered flowers for our boss's birthday expecting something beautiful. Instead, we received a smaller arrangement of something not even comparable, different vase, worth definitely not as much as what was paid. My boss's associate and I were embarrassed to even give the flowers as a gift as they were nothing as expected, not even fresh.
