The work they have done was worth mentioning. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and wanted to use them again. Not only did they not respond to the affiliate florist, there was no confirmation that they would not be taking the order. I have never been more disappointed in a florist in my life. The recipient of these flowers is 94 years old mom and it was Mother's Day. Shame on you Naples Florist. I am thankful there are many other reputable florists in Naples FL.
I couldn't be with my mom - best mom ever - on her birthday. So I ordered flowers for delivery on her birthday. The ordering system allowed me to specify that this was a birthday order, specify the delivery date and any instructions, and provide contact info for me if there was a problem. I did all this and got a confirmation message that the flowers would be delivered on my mom's day as requested. A little later I received an email confirming the same.
