I ordered flowers for my daughter in law's wedding and flowers for the top of her cake. I only gave 4 days notice! They had to call and order the specific flowers (sunflowers) that she wanted. The flowers for the cake were supposed to be just 2 but ended up an entire arrangement. GORGEOUS - and the flowers to carry were the most beautiful, best arrangement I have ever seen. They were kept in a glass vase until ready to use. The owners really went above and beyond -we could not have been happier!

Stopped in based on google reviews to purchase a birthday arrangement for my wife .... I was very specific and lo and behold the designer/arranger came through with a beautiful bouquet...the photo is posted above

We are from out of town and visiting our parents for their 55th anniversary, Our family was getting together for dinner at H&Bs to celebrate. We wanted to do something at the dinner to make it special so we ordered an arrangement from this florist. We couldn't have been happier!!! They loved it!! They even called the restaurant to see what size of table we would be sitting at to make sure it would fit. Would highly recommend and great people to work with.

Gorgeous Mother's Day tropical flowers in a bamboo vase arrived on the date requested. The artful arrangement was exactly as promised and pictured on the florist's website (my delighted Mom sent a photo). She lives in an apartment on a huge assisted living campus in Naples, but there were no issues with delivery. The online ordering process was simple and quick. I live in another state and am happy to have found a high-quality, reliable provider of floral arrangements in my Mom's area. Thanks Naples Flowers!

This place is a complete racket. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom for Mother's Day. They won't let you choose the arrangement so you just have to trust they'll put something nice together. I did trust them, and for $120 (including delivery fee) they delivered to my mom literally 1 potted orchid, which they called "Designer's Choice Deluxe." When I called to express disappointment, they were unapologetic and dismissive, and claimed with rising logistics costs, this is a normal price for an orchid (lol). Not the poi... read more

Placed an order with a delivery service that was confirmed. 2.5 hours later the florist cancelled my order! when I called they tried to blame the delivery service then they tried to upsell me and bypass the delivery service. They are shady, rude, and disrespectful. There are plenty of flowers and plants in this world that you never have to shop at this horrible place! They could use some Customer Service refresher courses!

Ordered 4 days in advance for mother's day on doordash and got notification on mother's day morning saying it was canceled because it wasn't processed. So I made another order that day for different flowers because the mothers day special was gone. Couple hours later got another notification saying it was canceled because the store is now closed. I'm disappointed because now it's too late to order flowers for my grandmother who's across the country. This was her local flower shop which is why I chose it.
