RecommendedDelilah could barely walk when I took her to the NVS Emergency. I thought that she would need surgery immediately but the staff was great and helped educate me on her situation and the right course of treatment. Delilah may still need surgery but we will not know until after the consultation on the 27th. In the meantime, she is up and walking normally after only a few days. I had my very first experience with NVS today and I could not have been more pleased from start to finish. I am extremely picky about where I take my pets and quite frankly very protective of them. My dog needed to see an Internist so obviously I was a nervous wreck. Every employee there was so kind and welcoming and the wait was minimal. Everything seemed to flow effortlessly and very natural. I spent several hours in the waiting room this past week. The phones NEVER stopped ringing. Ever. People were coming in constantly , some urgent, some not. Of course we parents think everything with our babies is urgent. But these people know the difference between what can wait and what can’t. You shouldn’t be angry because you might wait a while, they are saving someone else’s baby. It might be yours someday. I brought my pyrenean mastiff Baelfire in because he was in so much pain from being neutered. The staff and doctor were amazing! They took great care of him. He is feeling much better today.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and the price was very reasonable!!! I highly recommend them!
