Dr. Stearns and her staff have been great. They are friendly, professional and very good at what they do. I recently had a visit with a lot of work and Dr. Stearns and her assistant did great work quickly and gently. The front office has also been a pleasure to work with. A great experience overall.
I have an insane fear of the dentist - but Dr. Stearns and her staff have made me feel safe. Their patience with me and my very sensitive teeth has put me at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Stearns and the Natick Family Dental.
I have been coming to this clinic for the last few years and everyone here is wonderful. I never left waiting very long for my appointment. The doctor is very knowledgeable and explains exactly what is going on and what I can expect. My recent tooth problem turned into a major situation. I ended up having it extracted and now my teeth are perfect.
Such an amazing doctor! I am half way through the veneers process and I am 100% happy. Before deciding on veneers Dr. Stearns and I talked over all the options to get the results I wanted she patiently listened and answered my hundreds of questions. A few days before my scheduled appointment to get the temporary veneers put on I was suffering from a toothache, I called her office and they saw me within the hour free of charge to make sure everything was okay (turned out to be a sinus infection).
