My experience with Dr. Rachana Stearns and the Natick Family Dental was absolutely superb. Dr. Vita created a detailed treatment plan that addressed each of my concerns, including anxiety. The staffs attention to detail explaining pre-post care was helpful in making me feel confident about my upcoming visit. Communication using their direct text feature was convenient, as well. This office is fantastic on all levels. The equipment is modern and the staff is professional. The only downside is parking. It's easily accessible by bus but if you have to drive, there is a tiny pay lot that fills quickly (only $2 per hour).
Dr. Stearns is by far and away the best dentist that I have ever had! Rather than dNatick the dentist, I don't mind going at all. She is very friendly, and truly a high-class professional in her field. Not only is she excellent when it comes to routine dental maintenance/work, she is an amazing cosmetic dentist as well. I didn't think it was possible for a dental office to be this cool, but this dentist is the best. Dr. Vora is the best dentist I've ever had--he's super friendly, professional and transparent, taking the time to explain your X-rays to you and tell you the "why" for all procedures. Dr. Stearns was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend her to other patients seeking high-quality dental care in the Boston area. She was professional and highly skilled, but I found that the major difference between her and other dentists I've seen in the past is that she was quite personable and turned what could have been an unpleasant experience into a positive one.
