It's a good, professional dental practice offering all the services one generally needs. Dr. Stearns is very professional, friendly and highly qualified.
The staff and specialists there are very kind and want your experience to be the best. They followed up with my appointment scheduling needs, and all my visits and treatments were very successful. What I appreciated the most is that they always made sure I understood my treatment and financial options before I consented to anything!

I was contacted to come in an hour before the apt for molds etc. This was not done and I left before my actual apt time. I had to scramble to reschedule another apt to get there early.
I felt very comfortable and welcome. I was able to ask questions and understand my own health situation.
I have never had such a great cleaning as the one I had at Natick Family Dental. They were very gentle and patient and did not rush through the cleaning. Also, they were very sensitive to my needs/requests. I strongly recommend them.
Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and flexible - I go out of my way to go to them even though I moved slightly outside the Natick Area.
