I found my Account Executive, *************************, very helpful. He was pleasant and respectful during the process. He was also knowledgeable and provided understandable explanations to my questions.
My wife and I were struggling, barely staying afloat due to some unforseen circumstances. We made the call to NDR and they walked us through the process of getting back on track and dumping CC debt. We're just getting started at this moment, but it is a h*** of a weight off our minds. I can't wait to be free of the CC ball and chain.
