I'm just getting started but after making that first difficult phone call everything is going pretty smooth. ***** was able to assist me politely and patiently through the application and registration process. I'm glad I made the call and am looking forward to working with them in the future.
************************* is a wonderful, helpful and understanding man. He took his time to explain and reexplain things to me. I have some disabilities that make it difficult for me to communicate at times. And having to wait as I gather information from my husband while he is at work. But he took his time, never rushed me at any point. He treated me like a person and not just another case to take off his load. You rock, ****!
