National Debt Relief was extremely helpful and courteous thru out the entire process.
It seems kind of suspicious that a lot of these great reviews are far too many and recent. Most have the same dates. I looked at a lot of recent negative reviews as well and there are just as many within the current and past two months.I have an appointment with this company tomorrow but I am now hesitant. How legit is this? Do they have someone entering false comments just to make the company look good? I selected 5 stars so others are able to see my concern.
Everything good so far. I am looking to be debt free in future.
The customer service is excellent. I literally cried over the phone for the first person I talked to, and she was understanding and comforting. She helped me get a plan set up and allowed me time to consider that plan. I called back to accept the plan, and the second person I talked to was also very nice and understanding. She allowed me to ask the questions I needed/wanted to ask, even if they were repetitive. Not only was it the excellent customer service, access is very easy (easy to navigate and log into).
Great experience ********************* was very helpful and and answered any questions I had would recommend him 10/10
So far the experience has been good. The person who helped me do it ************************* was really helpful by explaining what it was, understood my situation was and helped me understand what I needed to do to get out of this situation that I was currently in. Definitely recommended ***** to do business for anyone else's debt problems.
Everything was told to me in detail and, I believe that they can help me settle my debts.
