This is only my 2 day but so far everything has been very smooth and the agent was very professional and informative. I pray that everything works out as they explained. I am very nervous about not paying my cards going forward and the effect on my credit but understand that it is part of the process.

A friend sent me a link to NDR and I filled out a form online. A representative, ******, called within 5 minutes, carefully walked me through the application process, helped me by explaining things thoroughly and answering my questions, as well as listening to my woes patiently.
