I am new and a few days from making my first deposit. The person who walked me through the program was great never rushing me through as the 15 minute calls turned into 90 minutes. Not complaining. Felt very comfortable. Received a call today and did not answer. Was going through all paper work and setting up account. I noticed a problem called and was immediately resolved. After my issue taken care of they went over what they needed to from my missed call. So far couldn’t ask for anything better
Things are going good so far. I have one settlement in the first two months.

They are courteous and very helpful. I appreciate the updates on progress made. Many thanks. Unfortunately,many people forget that NDR was not the cause of their debts. Life happens and we dig our own holes. I had lost my husband, income decreased to half and creditors were calling, sometimes 38 robo calls in a week. I am 75 years old and greatly appreciate their help.
This program is the best thing that I've ever done for myself! I've had several of their personnel reach out via calls and email to offer assistance if needed. Th8s is so appreciated. I've written myself a budget and will stick to the plan to have everything resolved in a short amount of time plus actually have money in my savings account f9r the first time in decades!
