The representative was knowledgeable understanding and very patient with me. He explained all my options and was helpful when it came to choosing one. He explained the program in a manner that was easy to understand. I am so glad that I chose National Dept Relief.

My husband and I just started working with National Debt Relief, LLC. We are looking forward to working with them if all is satisfactory between us and with them. There are many questions still to be answered, however so far all seems to be acceptable. I really should answer this BBB when things have moved along, as it has only been two days since the initial consultation. I am hopeful this is the answer to our situation, so I will be favorable and give them 5 stars at this point.

I am impressed by the promises they have made, but their follow-through is concerning me. I have submitted two service requests to them since signing up two days ago (one of which contains a form they asked me to forward to them) and have not even received an acknowledgement from them that the requests were submitted. IMHO, this should happen within 24 hours, at a minimum. Not a good start...
I am excited about working with them to relieve my debt.
