I know with Covid 19 things have changed. Two of my accounts have made progress. But my wife keeps asking me when will they work on the others? I feel that things will take their time, were as for her, it should happen with the blink of an eye. Every time I have asked a question, they have been back with a quick response, with an answer. So for me they are doing their work in helping me.
They are easy to work with. They answer questions and inform you of the process before you begin so you know each step.
****** * I have only been with National Debt Relief since December 2019, but theyhave settled one of five debts I owed. They keep in touch and their reps are informative as to my next steps to be taken.
I'm 8 months into a 3-year plan and so far two of my four debts have been settled. It's a great relief to see progress being made. I'm sure that if I weren't enrolled in the program I'd still be in the same position I was in a year ago. I'm anxiously waiting to receive news about the other two debts so those can be settled as well. I wish I'd started this process sooner! So far it has gone exactly as it was described to me and I recommend it to anyone with significant debt.
I have been a customer for just under a year and I have been thrilled with the service of National Debt Relief. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. I am so glad that I heard about them during this very stressful time in my life and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in a tremendous amount of debt and need help dealing with their creditors. .
The Covid 19 appears to have slowed a lot of things down everywhere, yet I am still seeing signs that NDR is making progress on my debt relief. It's good to know that there are professionals that work as hard as I once could. The people that I have had contact with are fast to put me at ease on issues and treat me with great respect.
So far so good, about 4 months or so into the process. Not a lot of activity that I can see yet. I was told it would take 4-6 months to get things moving so we'll see. Four stars until I see everything resolved.
The system works but is more time consuming than presented. Still a very good option for high credit card debt.
I have had a good experience with National Debt Relief so far. They are obtaining some good payment agreements with my creditors. Keep up the good work.
