I signed up with this company to alleviate my overwhelming debt. At first the service was going pretty well and negotiations were taking place. As soon as I made a large deposit that should cover the rest of my debt, the negotiations slowed. I am left to wonder if it’s being drawn out so they keep collecting monthly service fees or if it’s really the creditors taking their time. I love NDR. I don't feel like I'm doing this all alone. They take care of my every need. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They have the best customer service skills.
