From the first tearful/pride swallowing phone call to the very last joyous phone call, every person I spoke with over 3 years was, well real. Relief! As soon as I called I felt relief. We were explain to as what the program is about and all out questions were answered. How its one monthly payment, and we have access to what is going on. Super easy to understand website, and super friendly staff. The staff will help answer any questions, they are with you from start to finish.

As much as I want to give a 4 star rating, I'm still in the program and still on the fence and trying to be patient through the process. I will for sure give customer service a 5 star rating and more if I could. They are awesome and caring and just regular genuine people just like us. Now the process is kinda ehh. I enrolled at the end of summer last year and NDR showed me how I would get over $100k of debt down like $60k or less even, and set a plan to payoff within 4 years. They handled everything. I would refer them to anyone who needs debt relief. They even handled the court precedings without me having to go to court.. I am debt free, and it feels so wonderful.. They were always there to answer any questions or concerns I had.

I have only been enrolled since December but within these 7 months, 3 of my creditors have been cleared up with another pending! In 7 months, on my own, I would have been only further in debt.
