I'm very pleased with this program. The people I have talked with are super patient with me and my questions.
My experience to date has been satisfactory. To date, they have settled 4 of my 6 creditors. They have made the process easy and the website is crucial for keeping up to date with process and payments. I like that you can also add additional funds to account to help pay down balances quicker.
