He was very helpful. Explained everything in a thorough manner. Did not rush to get it over with. Had a nice tone to his voice. Did not seem offended or irritated with my butting in while he talked. Yes I interrupt people when they talk nasty habit. Did not make me feel like an idiot or talk down to me. Was a very pleasant experience
