So far so good. I believe I am halfway through the process. I’ve been able to call and get answers whenever I have questions and also access my account online. Watching my credit score go way down now (temporarily they say), after I’d paid my high interest loans religiously (by working three jobs and with nothing left over) for the past several years, is nerve wracking. I signed up with this company to alleviate my overwhelming debt. At first the service was going pretty well and negotiations were taking place. As soon as I made a large deposit that should cover the rest of my debt, the negotiations slowed. I am left to wonder if it’s being drawn out so they keep collecting monthly service fees or if it’s really the creditors taking their time. Customer service reps are friendly but “don’t have full access to my accounts” to better help me understand. I think that if you have the patience t... read more

I love NDR. I don't feel like I'm doing this all alone. They take care of my every need. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They have the best customer service skills.
