I have been working with NDR for just a little over a year. My experience with them through that year was very pleasant. Regardless of my situation, they treated me with dignity and respect. I am now in the path to eliminate my debt thanks to NDR.
They have settled two accounts for us for much less than owed which is wonderful. They respond to my questions very quickly. My complaint is that there isn’t much communication from them. I will check my account and see a dollar amount next to a creditor which leads me to assume the account is in negotiations but I never get any feedback. Then the amount will disappear.
