I view the National Debt Relief as a life-saver. When I first started getting their help to get out of debt, I was very sick. One of my health problems is lupus. From the first tearful/pride swallowing phone call to the very last joyous phone call, every person I spoke with over 3 years was, well real. Relief! As soon as I called I felt relief. We were explain to as what the program is about and all out questions were answered. How its one monthly payment, and we have access to what is going on. As much as I want to give a 4 star rating, I'm still in the program and still on the fence and trying to be patient through the process. I will for sure give customer service a 5 star rating and more if I could. They are awesome and caring and just regular genuine people just like us. Now the process is kinda ehh. They handled everything. I would refer them to anyone who needs debt relief. They even handled the court precedings without me having to go to court.. I am debt free, and it feels so wonderful.. They were always there to answer any questions or concerns I had.
