Very misleading and not what is expected. They tell you that they will negotiate with all your creditors for a 25% fee. I thought I was paying everything down a little at a time. Instead, they go after your highest balance first because thats where they will make their money. What they fail to say, is that you will work on one settlement at a time, paying the fee in between. This company is a scam. They start off by telling you that if you pay a set amount a month, they will help you get out of debt. We paid consistently for 8 months, and then were told we needed to pay $200 more a month. We did so, and then a few months later were contacted and told that if we did not take out a loan through their partner company, we would likely be sued by 3 credit cards that they were unable to pay. ****! If you are looking for improper bookkeeping, a low credit score and 3x the debit, go ahead and sign up. I went through h*** with these people and they continued to charge my account even after I cancelled. When I called for a refund they said there was no available balance? They took out fees even though I STOPPED service. Do not trust these people with your bank account information!

I called National Debt Relief to inquire about their program. I decided not to use their services and cordially told them so. They continued to call several times and from different numbers. Worst of all, they apparently sold/gave my number to relentless loan/debt relief solicitors. 2 to 3 times a day I'm reminded of my regret of calling these people.

They are taking too long to complete this negotiations, I provided the needed money to *** to start negotioations with Discover in November 2025,then they wanted a limited power of attorney was requested from me over and over again to start negotiations with ********. None of the documents I provided was not good enough for Discover as *** says. I signed up for assistance with National Debt Relief to resolve credit card debt in Nov 2024 and was told they would make life better and was told I had to make bi-monthly payments. I agreed as they made promises to help with resolving my situation in a short time. YOU WILL PAY MORE THEN YOUR IN DEBT FOR! THEY WILL LIE, MONTHLY PAYMENTS WILL GO UP, DEBT FREE DATE WITH EXTENDED. I enrolled with this program in September of 2023 after receiving a notice with an offer to resolve by debt for less then half of what I had owed at that time, of course this sounded great after feeling like I was drowning in debt and interest was impossible to keep up with. I was sued a total of 3 times under their program. We "graduated" their program to a bank loan, and then got sued by a credit card that says they never got paid anything. National Debt Relief has tried to distance themselves from the problem, although they sent me records of the payments sent on that card until it was paid off. This I guess pertains to those who were fortunate enough to get Blessed to pay the debt off way earlier than what I anticipated and definitely for National Debt because I made one maybe two payments then I get a financial gift to pay the total off back in November and this matters is yet to be completed. The only thing that is changing is my credit score and it's not for the best, let me tell ya!
