I was nervous about signing up, but so glad I did! I had medical debts and college credit card debt, then expecting my first child while my partner was a student. So far I am pretty happy with the service. I was admittedly skeptical when I called about my first consultation to apply and get setup with the program, because they wanted my personally identifiable information including bank account information right away. It put me at ease knowing that I could just close my bank account and open a new one (I intended to do this anyway) as a last resort if I needed to. After 2 years and several credit card accounts settled by National Debt Relief, I can say we finally did it! I was recommended to NDR on the advice of a friend who was going through some of the same financial issues I was. I grilled National Debt Relief on the phone for about an hour before committing to the program, as I know there are a lot of scammy "businesses" out there that claim to help people get out of debt. Very, very good results in their debt relief service. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and answer any and all questions. You should have plenty of questions to ask too! It takes time to settle claims as I have just started my 3rd year with National Deb Relief but only have one creditor left to satisfy a relatively small debt. Never again will I own a credit card!
This company is HONEST! If you are needing this company's help, you have made some incorrect financial decisions, or circumstances have put you in a bad financial position. These folks will actually HELP YOU to get back on your financial feet. Customer service is OUTSTANDING, and the program, while not painless, is an HONEST program.
