Great customer service but ** having trouble with the enormous fee they charge to do the debt program process. I have **** which they took down to half but they are charging almost ********** to do the work? Scratches head ?
Thus far, I have spoken only to the person who introduced, explained, and set up the program for me. She was very knowledgeable and obviously concerned for my success in addressing my needs. She answered my many, many questions and was very patient with me as I searched for the information she needed from me.
